SHIPPING
We will make every attempt to ship all orders placed before 1:00pm ET the same day. Orders received after 1:00pm ET will be shipped the following day. These provisions are subject to address verification and a successful payment transaction for the merchandise. Our standard shipping is UPS ground. At this time we do not have expedited shipment methods available. Tracking numbers can be provided upon request. All damaged shipments must be handled by the purchaser through the freight claims process of UPS. We highly recommend insuring all shipments for their value. All items purchased from HeatAC.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We do our best to ship out the orders the same day that they are received. Please submit any cancellation via our contact form. As long as we receive the cancellation e-mail before the product is sent out we will gladly allow for the cancellation of the order. E-mail cancellations require an order number, first name, last name, e-mail address, and a phone number in the event you need to be contacted with specific questions regarding the cancellation.
WARRANTY RETURNS
All products carry the standard manufacturer's warranty. If the owners manual of the product (where applicable) states that warranties can be processed direct with the factory, the purchaser must use this resource. All other warranties can be handled through us. Proof of purchase and proof of professional installation (where applicable) will be required before any warranty will be processed. When an item is deemed to be under warranty, the sole remedy is repair or replacement at our discretion. The first step in processing a warranty is to contact us via email at warranty@heatac.com. Please provide your invoice number, part number, and the date of the purchase. If an item is determined to be in warranty and needs to be returned to us, we will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). All returns must be accompanied by a valid RGA.
RETURN POLICY
HeatAC.com will take back any product for any reason for 30 days from date of purchase provided you comply with the following guidelines:
- Item must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, manuals, parts, etc.
- You must use a shipper that can offer tracking of your item. (insurance is recommended)
- Your return must be adequately packed and copy of the RGA must be included inside your package.
- We do not offer exchanges. Please order the item you need and return the incorrect item for a refund.
- There is a 5% restocking charge on items returned within 30 days in new, saleable condition. Items returned after 30 days, missing packaging, or previously installed items are subject to a restocking charge of 10 to 100% depending on condition of returned item.
- Contact us at returns@heatac.com for processing instructions and to request an RGA. Please state the reason for the return along with your invoice number, part number, and the date of the purchase. If accepted as valid, an RGA number will be provided that must be marked on all boxes. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid and will be accepted only with a valid RGA# issued by us. Any returns without a valid RGA will not be accepted or credited. A ship to address will be listed on the RGA.
